Child care centers offered workshops on nutrition education

Eight workshops are planned to help operators of the state’s child care centers highlight nutrition in their classrooms. The workshops will be held from July to September in Marietta, Macon, Tifton and Savannah. The workshops are sponsored by Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL) and the National Food Service Management Institute.
