No explosives found at Washington State hospital, police give all clear sign

Police said a man arrived at the hospital early Sunday morning with a hand wound from an explosive device. The car he and another man arrived in remained parked near the main entrance as the victim arrived for treatment. That's when law enforcement were called in to investigate.

As police checked the vehicle for possible explosives, the main entrance at Good Samaritan and the top floor of the parking garage were also closed.
Areas around the main entrance and the main floor of the hospital were evacuated. Ten patients closest to the main entrance were also been evacuated at one point, hospital officials said.
