Body found in vehicle in Sandy Springs, cause of death unknown
Sandy Springs police are trying to determine the cause of death for a man found inside a vehicle outside a local apartment complex.
Sgt. Ronald Momon said the man’s body was found Wednesday inside a car at 5675 Roswell Road, an address associated with The Mosaic at Sandy Springs Apartment Homes. It’s possible the body was there for several days, Momon said, but the cause of death was unknown.
The vehicle was towed to the medical examiner’s office with the body inside, he said. An autopsy was scheduled for Thursday morning.
No further information was immediately available.
