Man charged with murder after DeKalb apartment shooting
A man is in the DeKalb County Jail on a murder charge after police found another man dead on the second floor balcony of a Doraville apartment complex.
Officers responded to the 1000 block of Pleasantdale Crossing after receiving a 911 call of a person shot just before midnight, according to Channel 2 Action News.
When they got to the Pleasantdale Crossing Apartments, they found an unidentified 30-year-old man dead.

Joshua Buggs, 31, was arrested on the scene, police said.
Buggs and the victim knew each other, authorities said.
