Sandy Springs police are trying to track down a suspected shooter and two other men they say were involved in an argument that ended violently outside a bar last month.

The whereabouts of Votino Kapri Poon, 36, Keith Lenard Black, 30, and Ryan Armonti Johnson, 27, are unknown, police said. They are wanted in an Oct. 30 shooting at Venetian Bar and Grill and are considered “armed and dangerous,” according to police.

Around 2 a.m. on the day of the incident, a 29-year-old man was shot multiple times by Poon in the parking lot of the bar along Roswell Road, police said. The victim, whose name has not been released, was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

The shooting happened after two patrons got into a dispute inside the bar and it spilled outside, police said. At some point, Poon opened fire on the victim, police added.

Poon is wanted on five counts of aggravated assault, aggravated battery, criminal attempt to enter auto and criminal damage to property. Black is wanted on five counts of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, aggravated battery, criminal attempt to enter auto and criminal damage to property. Johnson is wanted on four counts of aggravated assault and entering auto.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately or contact Detective Tomlin at 770-551-3321 or via email at itomlin@SandySpringsGa.Gov.
