Roswell has received a $10,000 project grant from the National Endowment for the Arts that will support the Sunday Pops Series, part of the Cultural Arts Center’s 2021/2022 season.

The Roswell Cultural Arts Center will present two distinctive concerts featuring the Atlanta Pops Orchestra and a guest artist. The Sept. 19 concert will feature Timothy Miller, the Atlanta Opera Tenor famous in part for his rendition of “God Bless America” at Atlanta Braves games. The March 13, 2022, concert will have an Irish theme. This project will be managed by the Cultural Services Division of Recreation, Parks, Historic and Cultural Affairs.

The grant requires a one-to-one match, with $10,000 allocated from the city’s Grant Match Contingency Fund.
