Lilburn police holding drug take-back event on Saturday

The Lilburn Police Department and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency are partnering to host the National Drug Take-Back Day event on Saturday. The drive-up event will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the department’s headquarters, 4600 Lawrenceville Highway.

The department will collect unused, expired or unwanted prescriptions.

Inhalers and syringes will not be accepted.
