The YMCA of Metro Atlanta is partnering with The Empty Stocking Fund (ESF) for the second consecutive year to safely distribute holiday gifts to parents and guardians of more than 30,000 children in need.
Each year, ESF invites parents and guardians to Santa’s Village where they can select gifts for their children who might otherwise not receive presents. To accommodate CDC guidelines during the pandemic, the two organizations will once again offer a virtual shopping experience.
Families are encouraged to register to receive gifts by Dec. 12 at https://emptystockingfund.org/parents/.
“We’re proud to partner once again with the Empty Stocking Fund this holiday season to continue the tradition of providing presents to children in need,” said Allison Toller, chief social impact officer at the YMCA of Metro Atlanta. “This impactful partnership allows our organization to help efficiently distribute gifts to children within our community.”
YMCA of Metro Atlanta is providing 15 different locations as distribution centers, making it possible for ESF to broaden its reach and serve more children in the greater metro Atlanta area.
