“Moving from east Cobb, we desired something inside the Perimeter, easy access to the expressway and a good return on investment,” Rolonda Wright said. “This area provided just that.”
Originally from Dallas, Texas, Rolonda, and her husband, Leonard of Leesburg, Ga., bought their seven-bedroom/six-bath home in Druid Hills six years ago.
Rolonda describes her interior design style as Traditional English.
For their home project, the Wrights recruited Barbara Elliott and Jennifer Ward Woods of Interiors by Decorating Den.
“Some areas evolved, and then our designer completed the look -- brought everything together,” Rolonda said. “I gave a vision, and she transformed the spaces.”
“We’re always inviting guests over for fun,” said Rolonda, the owner of Mint Julep Consignment Boutique. But the fondest memory in their home, she said, is “having Thanksgiving with family and friends.”
