The Cottages on Vaughan is the first tiny home community to open in metro Atlanta.

The common area of the village has a fire pit and is planted with blackberries, tomatoes and other herbs, fruits and vegetables tended to and consumed by the eight home owners. Will Johnston is the Executive Director of the MicroLife Institute, a leader in the micro movement, and an owner of this 492 sq ft home; one of the eight cottages where he lives with his dog Sadie. The common area of the village has a fire pit and is planted with blackberries, tomatoes and other herbs, fruits and vegetables tended to and consumed by the eight home owners. With a lot of windows, natural light and room height the small spaces feel open and allow for full size bathrooms and kitchens; as well as full-size washing machines and dryers.
