A professional wrestler who has appeared in three seasons of "The Walking Dead" television series will host an auction Saturday in Tennessee to raise money for deaf children, the Chattanooga Times Free Press reported.
Josh "TKO" Turner, who has played the Tattooed Savior in 11 episodes of the series from 2016 to 2018, will host TKO's Not So Silent Auction at FarleyCon, a comic book and toy exposition that will be held in the Chattanooga suburb of East Ridge, the newspaper reported.
Turner will be joined by his daughter, Kaylie Turner, who appeared on one episode of "The Walking Dead" in 2014 and most recently appeared with her father in the comedy television show "The Father Daughter Duo."
Money raised from the auction, which begins at 3 p.m., will benefit Waiting to Hear, a nonprofit organization founded by Shannon Hall, of Kingsport, Tennessee.
The Turners will auction autographed memorabilia from science fiction and superhero-themed television shows and movies, including "Harry Potter," "Star Wars," "Star Trek" and "The Walking Dead," the Times Free Press reported. There also will be a "Gilligan's Island" DVD signed by co-stars Dawn Wells and Tina Louise, the newspaper reported.
"There's a lot of neat little things from days gone by," Ball told the Times Free Press. She told the newspaper her goal was to raise $5,000 to go toward the Waiting to Hear's Camp H.E.A.R. program.
