Here’s when some of metro Atlanta’s largest school districts will begin their first day of school:
Atlanta Public Schools: Monday, Aug. 1
Cherokee County: Monday, Aug. 1
Clayton County: Wednesday, Aug. 3
Cobb County: Monday, Aug. 1
DeKalb County: Monday, Aug. 8
Fayette County: Thursday, Aug. 4
Fulton County: Monday, Aug. 8
Gwinnett County: Wednesday, Aug. 3, and Thursday, Aug. 4
Henry County: Wednesday, Aug. 3
