DS Waters acquires Illinois company
Atlanta-based DS Waters of America Inc., a provider of bottled water, brewed beverages and water filtration systems to homes and offices, said it is acquiring Gold Springs Premium Spring Water Co.
Gold Springs supplies customers in Peoria, Ill. DS Waters said its Hinckley Springs brand will serve the new Illinois market. The brand is already distributed throughout Chicagoland and parts of the Midwest.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
