The private school in College Park has cemented its spot in the top two. It’s finished second for four consecutive years after winning the two consecutive years prior to its current streak. Woodward Academy takes care of its 639 employees by providing medical plans with low deductibles and no coinsurance, which keep their out-of-pocket costs to a minimum. A pre-tax account to cover daycare costs, weekly workout classes, on onsite fitness center and free daily lunches are also provided for employees of the school, which was founded in 1900. Woodward Academy recently launched a Global Connections Program, which offers numerous study abroad opportunities for its students, and continues to participate in service projects to benefit the Atlanta Community Food Bank, the Jesse Draper Boys & Girls Club and Terranova, its sister school in Zambia.

The law firm, which is headquartered in Atlanta, not only is on this list for the sixth consecutive year, it improved from fourth to third this year. CarMax has been selected to Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For list for 11 consecutive years and recently was named as one of the magazine’s 50 Best Workplaces for Diversity.
