“It’s magical.”

That's how Del Masters, former owner of MaxStrat Corp., described his 3-acre private island and 11,000-square-foot home to Zillow. The businessman recently listed the Mediterranean-style estate on Little Hawkins Island for $17.8 million.

"You feel like Robinson Crusoe until 7 o'clock rolls around, then you go have bourbon at the golf lodge," Masters said.

Accessed via a gated 110-yard concrete bridge from Sea Island, the property is designed as a small village, with a 6,000-square-foot main residence; two 1,500-square-foot guest cottages; and a private club with a gym, bar and billiards. And if that isn't enough, all furnishings are included in the list price.
