Kroger's Atlanta region raises more than $600,000 for Haiti quake relief

Kroger Co. said its Atlanta division, which includes Georgia, South Carolina, northern Alabama and eastern Tennessee, said customers donated more than $6000,000 between Jan. 14 and Feb. 6 to the American Red Cross International Response Fund for Haiti. Customers donated funds for earthquake victims by "rounding up" their purchases to the nearest dollar. The donated funds will be used to purchase food, water, clothes and cleaning supplies.
