Heidi Miller, former president of JPMorgan International, has joined the board of directors at First Data, the company announced this week.

Miller retired as president of the JPMorgan Chase & Co. division in 2012. She is a former chief executive officer of JPMorgan Chase’s Treasury and Security Services, and she has served as chief financial officer at Bank One, Travelers Group and Citigroup.

Miller becomes the seventh director at First Data, a Sandy Springs-based payment technology and services company. She also serves as a director of General Mills and has been a Progressive Corp. director.

Last week, First Data announced former AOL executive Michael Manos had joined the company as chief technology officer.

Owned by private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., First Data is the world’s largest processor of credit and debit card transactions.
