Dunkin' Donuts announced in a press release today that 46 additional restaurants will be developed throughout the state operated by six different franchise groups, bringing the total number of Dunkin' Donuts Georgia locations to more than 190.
Ioan Donuts Holdings, LLC — which currently owns and operates 30 Dunkin' Donuts restaurants in the state — plans to develop 20 new locations in the greater Atlanta area. The next two locations at 11250 Medlock Bridge Road in Johns Creek and 725 North Cobb Parkway in Marietta are expected to open this month with two others planned to open before 2016.
U Donuts, LLC plans to open a Dunkin' Donuts restaurant in Savannah next year and ten other locations by 2020.
Six more restaurants are set to develop in the greater Atlanta area by Awale Investments, Inc. The first opening is set for 2016 and the others are planned to open by 2019.
Dublin Donuts, LLC, which currently owns and operates six Dunkin' Donuts restaurants in Atlanta and Statesboro, is planning to open their next location in winter 2015 and two others by 2018 in Dublin, Vidalia and Statesboro.
Augusta, too, will be home to four new Dunkin' Donuts restaurants. Peter Patel and AJ Patel plan to develop four restaurants in the city — one in Fall 2015 and the remainder by 2017.
Bill Jones and Natalie Jones of Jones-Stark Properties, LLC plan to develop two more Dunkin' Donuts locations in Macon and Atlanta in 2015 and have an additional two developments planned for 2016. The duo currently owns and operates six restaurants in the Atlanta area.
