Concessionaires submit proposals for Hartsfield-Jackson restaurants

July 22, 2011

Concessionaires have submitted proposals for food and beverage outlets at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, as the airport prepares for a broad revamp of its restaurants.

The concessionaires that submitted proposals by the deadline Thursday are: SSP America, Concessions International/H&H Hospitality, HMSHost, Areas, Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services Atlanta Partners, OTG Management, Hojeij Branded Foods and Great Atlanta Concessions LLC. Those concessionaires are competing to win contracts for five different packages of food and beverage outlets at the airport.

Proposals for additional concessions packages are due next week. After reviewing the proposals, Hartsfield-Jackson will issue new contracts for many of its restaurants and will also award contracts for its new international terminal to open next spring.
