Atlanta-based Chainalytics, a supply chain consulting company, said it is acquiring Logiworx, an Australian company, to expand its services in the Asia-Pacific region.
Financial terms were not disclosed. Sydney-based Logiworx specializes in supply chain design, transportation, logistics and sales and operations planning.
Chainalytics said it has worked with Logiworx on multiple supply chain management projects in the region.
Logiworx partner and co-founder Tim Foster become managing director at Chainalytics for Asia-Pacific.
