Atlanta-based Coca-Cola Enterprises says French regulators have approved its plans to list its common stock on the Professional Segment of NYSE Euronext in Paris. The company will keep its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
Shares are expected to begin trading on NYSE Euronext by the end of May. Coca-Cola Enterprises is the leading Western European bottler of nonalcoholic beverages and the world's third largest independent Coca-Cola bottler.
