Atlanta restaurants offer deals to the snowbound

If you can stand the cold, Atlanta restaurants are willing to give deep discounts for your business tonight. TAP in Midtown is selling $1 beers for every $5 of food purchased. Wednesday is the first day the restaurant is open after two days of being closed under icy conditions. Meanwhile, Two Urban Licks offers 50 percent off tonight, for savings up to $25, to diners who use the catchphrase "snow swag."
