Atlanta-based travel management firm BCD Travel said it has acquired corporate travel agency Travelocity Business from parent company Travelocity.

The deal does not involve the products or customers of the familiar consumer brand Travelocity, but instead is focused on the business travel unit known as TBiz.

BCD, which has about 450 employees in the Atlanta area, said it plans to continue serving TBiz clients under the TBiz brand.
