Atlanta-based Cousins Properties has landed accounting firm Frazier & Deeter as a key tenant in its Promenade office tower in Midtown, the real estate company said Tuesday.

Frazier & Deeter will leave its current home at Bank of America Plaza for the Cousins-owned tower at 1230 Peachtree Street, near Woodruff Arts Center. The Atlanta-based accounting firm previously said it was considering a move from Bank of America Plaza. Its departure from the city’s tallest building will empty about two floors in a skyline icon still trying to find its footing after a record-breaking foreclosure last year.

Cousins acquired Promenade (formerly known as Promenade II) in 2011 for about $135 million. It was only 58 percent occupied at the time, but it’s now about 88 percent full. Real estate publication Bisnow reported Frazier & Deeter will occupy four floors.
