Metro Atlanta resident Megan Harrison is among the thousands in the greater St. Louis area awaiting the Ferguson grand jury's decision.

"I came up here Friday," she said in an email to the AJC. "Things are intense here. I feel like electricity is going through my body."

She plans to join those gathered at one of the sites in Ferguson after the decision is announced.

"We are in a cafe waiting," she said.
