One AIG Bonus Idea

Here is one of a series of ideas being floated in the Congress as a way to both reclaim bonus money at AIG and set executive pay parameters for companies getting federal bailout money.

This bipartisan plan is from Sen. Max Baucus (D-Montana) and Sen. Charles Grassey (R-Iowa.)

They are the top two members on the tax writing Senate Finance Committee.
