How the game was won: Westminster surged to a 28-0 halftime lead with two rushing touchdowns and two passing touchdowns as its balanced offensive attack overwhelmed visiting Decatur. The Wildcats' defense also shut out Decatur's offense, as the Bulldogs scored only on an interception return, a fumble return and a safety.

Top performers: Westminster quarterback Rankin Woley threw a 30-yard touchdown pass to Joe Egan and a 20-yard scoring strike to Ethan Price. Woley also had a 25-yard touchdown run and an interception on defense. .... Zay Malcolme led the Wildcats' rushing attack with scoring scampers of eight yards and 85 yards. ... Keller Harper replaced Woley in the fourth quarter and added touchdown runs of 28 and 35 yards. ... For Decatur, Terrill Hall zigzagged his way to the endzone for an 86-yard interception return and Marcus Hood had a fumble return for a touchdown.
