How the game was won: Valdosta quarterback Seth Shuman threw two touchdown passes in the first quarter to give the Wildcats the 14-0 lead. DeAngelo Williams ran in a Wildcat touchdown in the second quarter to give Valdosta a 21-7 lead at the half.

Top performers: Seth Shuman threw four touchdown passes for the Wildcats, including two in the first quarter. … Williams had a rushing and receiving touchdown. … Valdosta's Jayce Rogers scored on a 65-yard punt return for a touchdown in the fourth quarter.
