*Clinch County freshman QB Trezman Marshall rushed for 200 yards and one touchdown on 23 carries and was 3-of-6 passing for 58 yards and a touchdown in a 33-20 victory over then-No. 8 Brooks County of Class AA.
*Jefferson sophomore RB/CB Colby Wood rushed for 239 yards and four touchdowns on 32 carries and caught two passes for 62 yards and a touchdown in a 32-17 victory over Winder-Barrow. On defense, Wood intercepted a pass, recovered a fumble and had five tackles.
*Jonesboro WR Jordan Griffin had nine catches for 166 yards and two touchdowns - including the game-winner from 23 yards in the final minute - in a 17-15 victory over Class AAAA fourth-ranked Sandy Creek.
*Pierce County QB Stetson Bennett was 26-of-31 passing for 296 yards and two touchdowns in a 40-35 victory over Southeast Bulloch. He drove his team 70 yards in the final two minutes and scored the winning touchdown.
*Ringgold QB Devin Lancaster was 22-of-32 passing for 396 yards and three touchdowns in a 36-34 victory over Heritage (Ringgold).

*Alpharetta LB Jordan Johnson had 7.5 tackles - 3.5 for losses - and broke up two passes in a 24-21 victory over Milton.
*Bainbridge LB Kerenski Williams had eight tackles, three for losses, and returned an interception for a touchdown in a 42-13 victory over Early County.
*Blessed Trinity FB/LB Garrett Dupuis rushed for 131 yards on 10 carries and scored on a 69-yard run with 4:09 left to clinch a 17-6 victory over St. Pius. Dupuis also made two tackles and played every snap on defense.
*Brantley County QB Mikel Collins rushed for 147 yards and passed for 185 in a 21-20 loss to Dodge County.
*Calhoun OL Jack DeFoor graded 91 percent - only six ''minuses'' on 68 plays - in a 28-7 victory over Dalton. Running often behind DeFoor, RB Olico Dennis rushed for 158 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries.
*Carver (Atlanta) WR Quentavius Monday had four catches for 170 yards and touchdowns of 67, 62 and 31 yards in a 48-6 victory over Washington.
*Cedar Grove RB LaBron Morris rushed for 164 yards and two touchdowns in a 34-26 loss to Hallandale (Fla.).
*Central Gwinnett LB Nigel Adams intercepted three passes and made 12 tackles in a 35-29 victory over Collins Hill. WR Major Bellamy had seven catches for 164 and three touchdowns.
*Cherokee LB Jack Carroll had 14 solo tackles and four assists in a 33-24 victory over North Forsyth.
*Colquitt County QB Chase Parrish was 11-of-12 passing for 200 yards and three touchdowns in a 42-8 victory over Plant of Tampa, the No. 4 team in Florida's Class 7A. Parrish also rushed for 53 yards and a score.
*Drew RB Quarderman Sloan rushed for 199 yards and three touchdowns on just nine carries in a 46-21 victory over Fayette County.
*East Coweta RB Devonte Brown rushed for 242 yards and four touchdowns in a 35-28 victory over Arabia Mountain.
*Eastside WR Josh Sims had three TD receptions among his six catches for 77 yards in a 41-0 victory over Alcovy.

*Macon Conty RB Akeevious McLendon rushed for 200 yards and two touchdowns on 13 carries in a 48-33 victory over Americus-Sumter.

*Washington County QB Houston Channell, the successor to 2014 all-class player of the year A.J. Gray, rushed for 223 yards and four touchdowns in a 49-42 loss to Thomson.
Lines of distinction
*Commerce's offensive line of T Carson Hall, G Ricki Orozco, C Jared Pate, G Garrett Ash, T Cody Weaver and TE Matthew Flint helped the Tigers rush for 447 yards and six touchdowns on 41 attempts in a 55-13 victory over Banks County. FB Will Thomas had 174 of those yards on just nine carries.
*East Laurens' offensive line of TE Bryce Robinson, LT Peyton Brinson, RG Cavin Rotramel, C C.J Tyson, LG Andrew Morris, RT Jenardis Mountain, and TE Zyshonne Holliman helped the Falcons rush for 315 yards in a 35-34 win over Taylor County. Michael Plummer and Kevin Lovett both rushed for 100 yards.
*Mount Zion (Jonesboro) rushed for 332 yards behind the line of LT Tyree Leonard, LG Josh Webb, C Anthony Gilmore, RG Cameron Smith, RT Jared Preston and TE Jamal Michael in a 27-8 victory over Morrow.
*Northside (Columbus) rushed for 327 yards behind the offensive line of LT Edward Richard, LG Denarius Butler, C/G Mitevious Lusk, C Mike Byrd, RG Bailey Banks and RT Noah Daniel in a 35-0 victory over Kendrick. RB Kalan Watts rushed for 218 of those yards.
*Pinecrest Academy's offensive line of RT Peter Nelson, RG Stone Brown, C Brian Flanagan, LG Garrison Winter and LT Alan Yadav blocked for 312 rushing yards on 49 attempts in a 42-15 victory over North Springs.
*Riverdale's offensive line of LT Brian Williams, LG Chiedoze Iyizoba, C Robert Lipman, RG Tariq Walker and RT Prince Sims opened holes in a 289-yard rushing output in a 25-22 victory over North Clayton. Riverdale averaged 8.7 yards per carry and scored four rushing touchdowns.
*Thomson's offensive line of LT Ford Watley, LG Tavarius Jones, C Myles Davis, RG K.T. Woods, RT Phillip Williams, TE Will Robert and H-back Walker Tharpe led the way to 439 yards rushing on 50 attempts in a 49-42 victory over Washington County. Benefiting most from their good work was RB Billy Mance, who rushed for 217 yards and three touchdowns on 22 carries. Thomson is 2-0 for the first time since 2012.
