Ola's football program has hired Westlake offensive coordinator and former Dacula head coach Jared Zito.

Zito was a central part of Westlake's turnaround from 0-10 to 5-6 last season.

Zito was 9-4 and 1-9 in his two seasons at Dacula. He was 18-24 in four seasons at North Forsyth, incuding 17-15 in his final season at a school that was 1-9 before he arrived.

Zito also was head coach for four seasons at Spruce Creek, Fla., before coming to Georgia to be offensive coordinator at Etowah in 2006.

Ola, a Henry County school that opened in 2006, has not had a winning season and was 2-8 in 2013 under John Kovzel.
