GHSF Daily asked Georgia head coaches to answer these four questions. We'll report from a different head coach each day.

Jeff Kaiser, Tattnall County

1. What is the most memorable game you've been a part of as a player or coach? "As a player at Statesboro High School, the 1990 [Class AAAA] quarterfinal loss at Valdosta High School. I believe the score was 17-10. The atmosphere at Cleveland Field that night remains unmatched to this point in my career. That includes playing in the SEC and coaching in the 2001 state championship game at Statesboro High School." [Kaiser was a first-team all-state defensive lineman on the 1990 Statesboro team. Statesboro won the 2001 state final 51-13 against Dalton.]

2. Which high school coach would you want your son to play for, and why? "The late Ben Scott, former head coach at Carrollton High School. I had the opportunity to play for Coach Scott in the 1991 Georgia-Florida All-Star game. We had some good conversations about the coaching profession. Later on, when I was an assistant at Gainesville and West Laurens, we would go to football camp at South Georgia College, and Carrollton was there as well. Coach Scott ran an organized, disciplined team and always seemed to have the best interest of his players in mind."

3. What is your favorite saying or motto? "My pet peeves as a coach are tardiness and disorganization. 'Be on time, all of the time. Have a plan for everything.'"

4. Which GHSA policy or high school football rule would you most like to see changed? "I would like to see the semifinals return to the Georgia Dome and the state championship games return to the communities."
