GHSF Daily asked Georgia head coaches to answer these four questions. We'll report from a different head coach each day.

Kevin "Bull" Jones, Mount Zion (Jonesboro)

1. What is the most memorable game you've been a part of as a player or coach? "In 2012 I was defensive coordinator at Lovejoy, and after a quarterfinal win over North Gwinnett (21-6), we faced North Cobb in the AAAAAA semifinals. Coach Shane Queen had an extremely explosive offense and they jumped out on us 21-0 at Twelve Oaks Stadium. I called timeout and asked my defense to 'step on the gas or else you'll get embarrassed on GPTV!' That's when Montrel Custis [now at Ole Miss] took an interception 79 yards for a TD and Brandon Davis followed that by going 86 yards for a TD. After that, Travis Custis had 287 yards rushing and four TDs in the highest-scoring state semifinal game in GHSA history [63-42]. Coach Queen had a great offensive scheme to beat my press-man coverage, but in the end they made us hit another gear to win the game."

2. Which high school coach would you want your son to play for, and why? "Toss up, Franklin Stephens at Ware County and Nick Davis at Spalding. These men, I believe, will teach my son three essential skills to be a successful student-athlete and a productive citizen in our society. Those skills are mental toughness, physical toughness and accountability. If I wasn't here, I believe Coach Davis and Coach Stephens would do a great job of pushing my son to be the best that he could be."

3. What is your favorite saying/motto? "Let's "Let's get to work fellas, we're burning daylight!"

4. Which GHSA policy or high school football rule would you most like to see changed? "Spring jamborees, please!"
