GHSF Daily asked Georgia head coaches to answer these four questions. We'll report from a different head coach each day.

Zach Grage, Gilmer

1. What is the most memorable game you've been a part of as a player or coach? "Of course, the first game that comes to mind is the 2014 state championship vs. Archer. We were finally able to break through at Colquitt County after five straight years going to the semifinals or better, and it was definitely a huge weight off the shoulders of the coaches, players and entire community. The game that was the most fun was Colquitt vs. Camden in the quarterfinals in 2011. We scored with 40 seconds left on fourth-and-23, then went for two and the win on the road. Tons of D-I talent all over the field. Finally, my first win as a head coach vs. Fannin County on Aug. 28 of this year will be one I will never forget." [Grage was an assistant coach at Colquitt County for six years before landing his first head coaching job this season.]

2. Which high school coach would you want your son to play for, and why? "I would want my boys - I have three, ages 4, 2 and a newborn - to play for Rush Propst. People have their own opinions, but after working for Rush for six years, I can say he runs a high school program the way it is supposed to be done, and I know my boys will be taken care of throughout high school in every facet, as he truly cares for his players. He will also set them up with the best chance to play at the next level. I also know they will win and have a chance to put a ring on their finger every season."

3. What is your favorite saying/motto? "I have two sayings that keep me going on a daily basis. First, 'The man on top of the mountain didn't fall there.' The second comes from Galatians 6:9, 'So let us not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don't give up.'"

4. Which GHSA policy or high school football rule would you most like to see changed? "I would like the 2-on-1 policies to be changed. Right now, basketball coaches can work with 40 percent (2/5) of their lineup, while baseball is 22 percent (2/9), and football is 18 percent (2/11). It would make sense to me if that percentage was the same across the board."
