GHSF Daily asked Georgia head coaches to answer these four questions. We'll report from a different head coach each day.

Frank Hepler, Discovery

1. What is the most memorable game you've been a part of as a player or coach? "I was head coach at Plantation High School in Florida in 2002, and we played and defeated the No. 3 team in the country, Miami Central. We trailed by 17 going into the fourth quarter and pulled out the win. Close second is when at West Forsyth we went on the road and defeated Hillgrove 40-28 in 2011 in the second round. Many had picked them to win it all that year." [Hillgrove entered the game 11-0.]

2. Which high school coach would you want your son to play for, and why? "My son played for me at West Forsyth. If he was a high school player again, I would want him to be able to play for Adam Clack and his staff at West Forsyth. Great men and great leaders. I loved working with them at West."

3. What is your favorite saying/motto? "Did we outwork our opponents today?"

4. Which GHSA policy or high school football rule would you most like to see changed? "Coming from Florida and seeing for years how they do it there, I believe the GHSA does a much better job. I am interested in how the regions will set up for next year. As I get older, I like the Indiana playoff system the more I look at it." [In Indiana, all teams make the playoffs, with a first round serving as the 10th game of the season.]

Note: Discovery, the newest high school in Gwinnett County, opened in August and is playing a junior varsity football schedule. Discovery is expected to compete at the varsity level in 2016.
