North Gwinnett is allowing 34.2 points per game but is averaging 40.4 and is 4-1 and ranked No. 7 in Class AAAAAA. Only 11 teams in state history have allowed 30.0 or more points per game in the regular season and still outscored their opponents. North Gwinnett would be the 12th. Eight of the 11 failed to make the playoffs, and two lost in the first round. Only one advanced. That was 2010 Colquitt County. The Packers lost to Brookwood 52-38 in the Class AAAAA championship game.
