Daily List: Longest active winning streaks in region games

Marist's 22-game winning streak in region games ended last week when the War Eagles lost to St. Pius 10-9 in a 6-AAAA contest. Here are the longest active winning streaks of games that count in region standings. Note that Eagle's Landing Christian, despite a 1-6 overall record, won its 32nd consecutive region game last week against Strong Rock Christian in 5-A. ELCA's next opponent is No. 9 Landmark Christian. Also, Buford would have had 30 without two forfeits in 2012.
