North Cobb Christian 36, Cross Keys 12 : North Cobb Christian's offense was led by running back David Brittingham, who had three rushing touchdowns. Brittingham ran for 111 yards on 12 carries. Quarterback Jalen Dantier also added a 47-yard touchdown run, and passed to Chandler Moeller for a 12-yard score. North Cobb Christian moved to 1-0. Cross Keys is 0-1.

St.Francis 47, Providence Christian 10: The Storm put forth a valiant effort behind junior quarterback Jeremy Hardnett, who scored Providence Christian's first varsity touchdown on a 69-yard scamper. Colin Moncreif added a 36-yard field goal. A.J. Cummings showed his speed on two long touchdown runs for St. Francis. Max Carter for Providence Christian came away with 11 tackles and two assists.
