Tattoo artist, Dillon Forte, recently took to Instagram to share the new tattoo he created for the R&B artist, which reportedly took three hours. He explained the meaning of the artwork in the post’s caption.
“This piece was inspired by transformation, Sacred geometry and an ancient Berber talisman to mark the cardinal points in the sky and allow travelers to find their way across vast distances,” Forte said.
Usher has several other tattoos, including on his hands, neck and left arm.
A few chimed in on his latest piece on Twitter. Many loved it.

Others weren’t too fond of it and said the singer was too old for new tattoos. Some even called it ugly.

But a couple of fans came to Usher’s defense. They said there was no age limit on getting a tattoo.
Okay first of all this one of the most flawless tattoos I’ve ever seen

But secondly, what’s with all the Usher hate in the comments?? Since when is there an age limit on getting a tattoo?? https://t.co/Qn0Stc0719
His tattoo looks Great! There is not single thing wrong with it. I personally believe people are just miserable in their own lives so they find a drop of what ever to mock someone else. @Usher LOVE I GOT YOUR BACK!!!
