UPDATE: DeMarre Carroll will start. Official decisions came at 8:10.
The wait continues.
DeMarre Carroll will be active for Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Cavaliers but was still listed as a game-time decision 15 minutes before the game.
The Hawks turned in a preliminary lineup that had DeMarre Carroll/Kent Bazemore as the starting small forward.
Carroll warmed up on the practice court prior to the game and grimmaced several times.
The inactives are Thabo Sefolosha and Austin Daye.
