FLOWERY BRANCH — Here's everything you need to know about the Falcons (5-1), who play the Tennessee Titans (1-4) at 1 p.m. Sunday at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, this morning.

  1. Welcome back practice day. The Falcons will go through a light practice at 10:35 a.m. Coach Dan Quinn will address the media after practice followed by an open locker room session.
  2. Who's back? We'll have to check attendance at practice to see if wide receiver Julio Jones (toe, hamstring), linebacker Justin Durant (elbow) and center Mike Person (ankle) are back in action. It sounds like Person is close to returning. "He's already back doing stuff so we're hoping he could get a good bit of work in this week," Quinn said on Friday. "We'll make a decision at the end of the week."
  3. Hometown Huddle on Tuesday. The Falcons, other NFL players, coaches and executives will participate with United Way in the Hometown Huddle for the 17th straight year. The Falcons' 53-man roster and practice squad will participate alongside alumni, several Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders and members of the Atlanta Falcons Women's Association will make surprise appearances at 12 different locations around metro Atlanta. Seven stops will include schools where the players and cheerleaders will promote physical fitness as part of the NFL's Play 60 initiative. Additional stops will be made at the SAFE House, children's hospitals, a local Publix Super Market and the Atlanta Falcons Women's Association will prepare and serve lunch to the homeless at Crossroads Community Ministries.
  4. Mariota, Mettenberger play for Titans. Miami, playing for interim coach Dan Campbell, tormented Marcus Mariota as they finished with six sacks and two interceptions in the 38-10 romp. The second overall pick in the draft needed a knee brace and was replaced by former UGA-LSU quarterback Zach Mettenberger late in the game. The Falcons are also looking to get their pass rush rolling. The Titans were not happy with a hit by Miami's Vernon Olivier on Mariota.
  5. Series record: This will be the 14th regular-season meeting with the Titans, who hold a 7-6 advantage over the Falcons. The Falcons won the last meeting 23-17 on Nov. 20, 2011.
