Delta Air Lines has begun selling tickets for new business class suites in Airbus A350s to begin flying in its fleet this fall.

Delta is set to be the first U.S. airline to get an A350. The carrier's first A350 flight will take off Oct. 30 from Detroit to Tokyo's Narita Airport.

Each business class suite called "Delta One" will have a sliding door for privacy, as well as a flat-bed seat, 18-inch in-flight entertainment monitor, power outlet and USB port.

A quick search Monday for air fares on select dates in Delta One class from Detroit to Tokyo after the A350 launch date showed fares ranging from about $8,300 to more than $13,000 round trip.

The suites will eventually be added to Delta's Boeing 777s as well.

On the A350, Delta is also selling new international premium economy seats called "premium select" on the Detroit-Tokyo flights, as well as on Detroit-Seoul Incheon flights starting Nov. 16 and Detroit-Beijing flights starting Jan. 17, 2018. The premium select seats are bigger than regular economy seats and have adjustable leg rests and power ports.
