Just weeks after returning to the NBA sidelines following an 11-month battle with leukemia, Craig Sager is fighting cancer again.

His son, Craig Sager II, announced on Twitter that his father will undergo another round of chemotherapy.

The beloved 42-year broadcast veteran missed being a part of the NCAA tournament as he battles the flu.

In an interview with the AJC earlier this month, the 63-year-old Sager spoke frankly about his struggles with cancer and his determination to beat it.
