Former Georgia quarterback Aaron Murray and fiancee Kacie McDonnell are no longer engaged.

"The engagement is off. I wish him the best, it's best to part ways. I'm moving on with my life," McDonnell told the Philadelphia Daily News.

Murray and McDonnell, a TV news reporter, first met his senior year at Georgia. McDonnell relocated from Philadelphia to Kansas City, when the former Bulldog quarterback was drafted by the Chiefs as the 163rd overall pick in the fifth round of the 2014 NFL Draft.

The couple had been engaged since October.

The news comes weeks after Murray’s brother, Josh, ended his engagement with “Bachelorette” star Andi Dorfman earlier this month.
