Rain chances drop for metro Atlanta

Showers have mostly moved out of the metro Atlanta area, according to Channel 2 Action News.

Rain chances have dropped from 30 to 20 percent for metro Atlanta, Channel 2 Action News meteorologist Katie Walls said.

Thursday’s weather should be dry and cloudy, Walls said, but by Friday the rain chances rise to 40 percent and by Sunday we have a 60 percent chance of showers.

Currently, the temperature is 81 degrees in Atlanta.
