As rain moves out of metro Atlanta, temperatures are expected to stay about 50 degrees, according to Channel 2 Action News.
Rain fell in Midtown earlier Monday afternoon and quickly moved south.
By 5:30 p.m., the expected messy commute started clearing.
“These aren’t really big storms,” Channel 2 meteorologist Karen Minton said. “It’s not severe weather.”
Severe weather and storms are expected Wednesday, meteorologist Brad Nitz said.
Current temperatures are 53 degrees in Atlanta, 53 in Blairsville and 54 in Griffin.
