Over 30 inches of snowfall and winds at nearly 75 miles an hour made for a stunning photo on the streets of New York on Saturday.
The Washington Post shared Twitter user Ajay Major's photo of a minivan.
The car looks as though it's frozen in time, traveling at high speeds.
It is not a special effect, but a combination of snow, wind and ice conditions brought by winter storm Jonas that brought this crazy visual to life.
