Temperatures reached the 60s, but it’s still jacket weather, according to Channel 2 Action News.
Currently, it’s 62 degrees in Atlanta. Earlier the city reached a high of 67.
And Friday could be even warmer.
Highs should be in the 70s, which could usher in lots of pollen.
According to the latest forecast, Atlanta could see highs of 70 Friday, Saturday and Monday, and 73 Sunday.

Thursday’s low humidity and strong winds, brought an increased chance of fires, Channel 2 Chief meteorologist Glenn Burns said.
“(There was an) extremely high fire danger across central and North Georgia,” he said.
The humidity was 23 percent in Atlanta with winds at 9 mph. Earlier, winds reached 16 mph.
There were at least three reported fires in metro Atlanta —in Lithonia, northwest Atlanta and downtown Atlanta — but weather was not a factor in them.
Fire dangers should be gone by the evening, according to Channel 2.
“Heading into the evening time, those winds will relax as the gradient relaxes,” Channel 2 meteorologist Karen Minton said.

But metro Atlanta has a few more cool days before the end of March.
Then, temps are expected to trend above average between April and June, Channel 2 reported.
