Spring-like weather has caught up with the season, and then some.

Clear skies and warm temperatures are here to stay, at least through Friday, forecasters say.

“We’re going to see mid- and upper 80s, and even some 90s in some places,” Channel 2 Action News meteorologist Karen Minton said.

Unseasonal highs

Today’s high will reach 87 degrees in Atlanta, and will remain 10 degrees above the average for this time of year, Minton said.

For allergy sufferers

The pollen count is high at 274, Minton said, with oak, hickory/pecan, mulberry, sycamore and walnut.
