Don’t forget your scarf today. And bundle up those school bus riders.
Metro Atlanta’s late fall heat wave has come to an abrupt halt, forecasters say.
For now.
“Much different than past several days,” AM 750 and 95.5 FM News/Talk Radio chief meteorologist Kirk Mellish said. “Partly cloudy and much colder.”
Morning temperatures will dip into the 30s with cloudy skies through the next few days and highs reaching only into the high 50s, Mellish said.
But the sun will return on Friday, and expect the mercury to climb back into the 60s for the weekend.
Return for updates.
