Enjoy ‘Florida Fall' at Waldorf Astoria Resorts

The autumn season is a particularly great time to snag the best travel deals of the year. For instance, the period between September back-to-school days to days preceding Thanksgiving is one of the slowest time of the year for the entire travel industry. Most flights operate at less than full which prompts lengthy airfare sale periods (AirTran's currently offering sale rates through Oct. 12) and hotels are looking to put heads in their beds with special promotions.

This scenario makes it possible for travelers to fly at rock-bottom rates and stay at super fancy digs at affordable rates. Case in point: A "Florida Fall" promotion from the Waldorf Astoria Resorts. This fine brand of resorts is offering a resort credit of up to $100.  What's more, at check-out, guests will receive a complimentary one-night certificate, redeemable for a future paid stay. This offer is valid on stays through Dec. 22.

Participating resorts include:

The resort credit is per room and per stay. A $50 credit is rewarded on a consecutive two-night stay; $75 credit for a consecutive three-night stay and a $100 credit for stays of four or more consecutive nights. Resort credit will be applied at check-out toward all hotel charges except toward room rate, taxes, gratuities and resort charges.

One free night certificate is rewarded per stay and is valid for future stays with a minimum of three-paid nights at participating hotels between Jan. 3 and Aug. 31, 2011. Bookings must be made by April 30, 2011.

When making a reservation at these special rates, refer to promo code PRFL1N. See more details at www.WaldorfAstoria.com/Florida-Resorts-Promotion or call 877-881-2494 and ask for the Waldorf Astoria Resorts of Florida Fall Promotion.
